On Instagram, Alc pulled the curtain off the project’s artwork and explained how SICK! took shape over the last few years. In an accompanying video, a grainy lens casually trails Earl and crew through Alchemist’s studio.

According to a statement from the rapper, the 10-track project was recorded during and in response to the pandemic. Out on January 22nd via the rapper’s Tan Cressida imprint, SICK! will mark Earl’s first album since 2019’s FEET OF CLAY.
